An idea for a ministry

So I am on the train right now headed to work writing on my phone and I had an idea of a way to help restore some vales to America! I am not passing judgement I want to point out because I believe strongly that people are born good out of the grace and love of God, just perhaps sometimes misled by the attractiveness of modern life, which I am sure we have all gallery victim to before. As I sit here on the train and marvel at all 0f Gods people going to work, such as myself to feed their families I am encouraged and energized to look for ways to spread the Word. My thought for a ministry in this circumstance is to reach out to those who sit beside me, and share this train, I am often asked about the large wooden cross that I have recently been wearing, often from people who are prepared to see someone judge them because they have had a prior experience with someone perhaps downtown yelling at people in the name of the Lord in negative manner. That is just not for me, I tell people how God loves them, and about how he gave his only son for us.
I do see possibilities here, and it is always a good thing to spread his word and get God back in peoples hearts and minds! All we can do is affect one soul at a time, and bring God back to the forefront of their hearts! It seems simple to me affecting souls while I go to work, but this small ministry idea is only a first step in a long journey to bring Faith and Values into the forefront of American hearts and minds. One soul a day will make a real difference, its a small step but its a start! Thank you for listening and God bless you!!!

Trying to start something special!

     What am I trying to start, well maybe not start but help get on its way? I am trying to start a concentrated movement to bring Family Values, and Faith back into the forefront of American life! Now I am no saint, in fact I am far from it I am just a mere sinner like everyone else, but what I do strive for is to ask forgiveness for my sins from my lord Jesus Christ and I also strive to learn from my mistakes and not make them again. When I drive down the street and see strip clubs or occasionally if I am downtown prostitutes, it makes my heart very sad. It is not anger that I feel but compassion for my fellow man, I believe that it is my duty as a Christian to spread the word or the Lord to all, and especially to those that need it the most. It may be small but it is a step and you know what they say... the longest journey begins with a single step! Thank you for listening and God Bless!!!

Faith And Family Values

Welcome everyone to my blog on my faith and family values! Let me introduce myself first, I am 31 years old married with a wife and a four year old son; they are my reason for being. Let me just say that trying to raise and support a family in this current economy and moral environment is challenging to say the very least. There are trials and pit falls at every corner, or at least so I have come to discover. I strongly believe that there needs to be a concentrated effort here in the United States to bring Faith and Family values back to being something that is actually valued in our culture, and not for political reasons but because it is the right thing to do. An example with my faith the other day at work, and I will not disclose where I work but lets just say it is a big company; I was talking with a customer who was down on his luck and I was explaining to him about staying strong and having faith in our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ! I told him that Jesus has a plan for us all, and that if we put our love and invest in him he will turn around our investment handsomely with his love! You would have thought I murdered someone, by the reaction I got from my coworkers and managers. But hey, as a Christian I know this is something that is going happen. In any case I am new to blogging so bear with me as there are just my thoughts on life. Thank you all and God Bless!
